In following the American Legion’s mission, my focus will be on advancing the vision by increasing current Post 16 members’ engagement. Getting American Legion Post 16 members interested, involved, attending meetings, and attracting new members We will have to educate the public and ourselves on who can be a member and mentor the newest members as we lead new generations of Americans. This starts with the simplest act of just showing up. This means showing up at events so the public can see who we are and become curious about what we do, and at meetings to strengthen our comradeship by letting your voice be heard. Commander
