Section 15. TEMPORARY COMMITTEES. The Post Commander, with the advice and consent of the Post Executive Committee, may from time to time, appoint Temporary Committees whose functions shall terminate with the expiration of the term of the appointing Post Commander. Such Temporary Committees have such duties and powers as are provided in the action authorizing the same.
